Thank you for shopping at Wellness Spot. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item, including the initial shipping fees for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. The new order will be subject to current availability and pricing.

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
